We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Please note: this is our fulfilment return address. Returns sent to any other address cannot be processed.
If your return is approved, you will receive further instructions. In some cases, we will provide a return shipping label.
If you are returning an item from outside the Netherlands, delivery may take longer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@eva-alert.com so we can resolve the issue properly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive another item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order.
European Union cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
