Order processing
As of 22/12/2025, all orders are processed and shipped via our fulfilment partner Rimco Fulfilment in the Netherlands.
Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM (CET) are usually processed the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM, during weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands via a trusted carrier (such as PostNL or DHL).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.
Any promotions such as free shipping will be shown on the website when applicable.
Delays & responsibility
Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.
In case of delays, loss, or delivery issues, we will work together with Rimco Fulfilment and the carrier to investigate and find an appropriate solution.
Incorrect address
Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Any additional costs resulting from this may be charged to the customer.
