Shipping Policy

This shipping policy explains how we process and send EVA Alert orders, what you can expect in terms of delivery times and costs, and what happens if something goes wrong with your delivery. You can find the exact shipping cost for your order at checkout, before you pay.

Article 1. Order confirmation and processing

1.1 After you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.

1.2 We aim to ship orders placed on business days before 22:00 the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are shipped the next business day.

1.3 We carry out accepted orders promptly, and at the latest within 30 days, unless another period has been agreed. If we cannot ship within the expected time, we let you know.

Article 2. Delivery times

2.1 Once your order has been shipped, the expected delivery time depends on your location:

• Netherlands: [INSERT, for example 1 to 2 business days].
• Belgium and the rest of the EU: [INSERT, for example 2 to 5 business days].
• Outside the EU: [INSERT, for example 5 to 10 business days].

2.2 These times are an indication and are not guaranteed. Delivery can take longer during busy periods or because of circumstances at the carrier. You cannot derive any right to compensation from a stated delivery time being exceeded, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Article 3. Shipping costs

3.1 The shipping cost is calculated based on your delivery address and is shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

3.2 We offer free shipping on orders from EUR 50 within the Netherlands.

Article 4. Countries we ship to

4.1 We currently ship to for example: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not ship there yet.

Article 5. Track and trace

5.1 After your order has been shipped, you receive a confirmation email with a track and trace link, so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.

5.2 If your order is shipped in more than one parcel, you may receive more than one track and trace link.

Article 6. Delivery and risk

6.1 The place of delivery is the address you give us at checkout. Please make sure your address details are complete and correct. We are not responsible for an order delivered to a wrong address that you have provided.

6.2 The risk of damage or loss passes to you at the moment of delivery, except where mandatory law states otherwise.

6.3 If you are not present at delivery, or the parcel cannot be delivered, the carrier follows its standard process, such as a second attempt, delivery to a neighbour, or delivery to a pickup point.

Article 7. Parcels that are delayed, lost or not delivered

7.1 If your parcel is delayed, appears to be lost, or is not delivered, contact us through customercare@eva-alert.com. We will work with the carrier to find a solution.

7.2 If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we contact you to arrange a new delivery or a refund.

Article 8. Customs and import duties

8.1 For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply. These charges are yours and are not included in the order or shipping cost.

8.2 Any delay caused by customs is outside our control.
